I do love to visit a steam fayre, vintage vehicle fayre, or just any kind of fayre really. Steam and vintage fayre’s always have the strong smell of coal and diesel, the aroma just conjures up nostalgia even though I wasn’t alive when steam vehicles were prevalent. And nothing adds to a fayre then having wonderful weather, this year I was blessed to have gorgeous sunshine.
There was plenty to view at the fayre, engines, horses, animals, birds of prey, military vehicles. Below are some of my favourite images of the day.
